For years, The Ohio Lottery has been making everyday moments fun. Even the boring ones. The Waiting Game took a quintessential experience - passing the time on social media - and made it playable. We hacked Instagram Live for 24-hours, inviting people to be bored with us to earn entries into prize drawings while promoting $20 Scratch-Offs. Results included 41K total entries, a 20% increase in followers, people skipping work and sacrificing sleep to be bored with us, and a hand in driving a $5 million increase in $20 Scratch-Off ticket sales.
